We are looking for someone who will start as an administrative assistant and move across multiple departments learning the ins and outs of our Company’s processes, policies, and applications.
This is a trucking, recycling/aggregate, construction industry business.

Responsibilities
-Administrative Duties including, but not limited to: photocopying, printing, sorting, filing, answering phones, greeting customers, etc.
-Will be trained on how to use weigh scales and complete sales tags for material purchases
-Additional training across several departrments
Requirements
-High school diploma or equivalency required.
-Bachelors Degree, experience with Word processes, multi-long phone systems, and Quickbooks a plus
