Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, providing essential support to our office and team members. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain organized filing systems and update records as needed.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Provide support for event coordination and administrative projects.
Greet visitors and ensure a professional office environment.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
