Job Description: Sales Assistant
Atlantic Cooling is a Cooling Tower specialty company in business for more than 45+ years, The Atlantic Organization provides every service for your cooling tower and water tank–your complete, one-stop company.
We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to develop and grow with our company while taking on the following roles and responsibilities:
Writing proposals
Communicating with customers
Communicating with vendors for materials
E-Mailing internally and externally
Creating quoted work files
Creating job files
Learning our quoting application (Microsoft GP)
Learning/Understanding Cooling Tower Components
We are currently looking for a candidate with the following skills/ prerequisites:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior work experience (ideally in a construction/ mechanical setting)
Excellent verbal, written and computer based communication skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, GP, etc.
Office Experience.
Construction industry experience.
Sales skills.
Team working skills.
Organizational skills.
Communication skills.
Eager for career growth.
Job Type: Full-time
