What is the position?
The Administrative Assistant is a part-time role and supports the environmental permitting team by handling a variety of administrative tasks essential to project success. It combines office management, financial processing, and team collaboration in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
What are the responsibilities?
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
Process purchase order requests and invoices while tracking contractor costs
Manage data entry and maintain organized document control systems
Support scheduling, correspondence, and routine inquiries
Perform general office duties like filing, note-taking, and records maintenance
Collaborate on both recurring and special project-based assignments
What are the requirements?
Associate’s Degree preferred
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Project experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn internal systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Experience with project workflows is a plus
