Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations for our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment,is highly organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
Maintain office supplies and order new materials as needed
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Coordinate with office property management group as needed
Assist with data entry and general office tasks
Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating benefits enrollment
Manage service providers for the office including utilities, IT, etc.
Supervise time-tracking for projects, client billings and collections, and semi-monthly payroll runs
Assist with special projects and event coordination as needed
Provide general administrative support to personnel in Dallas and Houston offices

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Job Details:

Schedule: Part-time, 20-25 hours per week (flexible scheduling options available)
Location: Hybrid with minimum 2 days per week in-person at our Dallas, TX office
Requirements: Applicants must have reliable internet access at home for hybrid work arrangement
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
