About Us: Strategic Financial Group is a dynamic and client-focused firm specializing in financial and retirement planning. We also provide expert guidance to Medicare-eligible individuals, helping them select supplemental plans that best suit their needs. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Client Care Coordinator / Office Administrator to join our Otsego office.

Position Summary:

This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. You’ll play a vital part in delivering outstanding administrative and client support, ensuring seamless office operations, and helping us maintain our high standards of service.

This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse client and team interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & Communication

Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in person and over the phone
Confirm appointments, manage follow-ups, and communicate proactively with clients
Maintain consistent outreach to clients to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries
Assist with policy-related questions, updates, and changes

Administrative & Office Management

Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, electronic filing, and document organization
Coordinate daily schedules and maintain calendars for the team to meet key milestones and deadlines
Prepare materials for team meetings and client consultations
Create and send personalized video email communications

Operational & Technical Support

Process financial and insurance applications accurately and efficiently
Manage CRM data: input new clients, maintain up-to-date records, and oversee task and calendar management
Assist with special projects, as assigned
Manage and schedule content for social media platforms

Technology Proficiency

Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools effectively
Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new platforms

Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work proactively and independently while managing multiple priorities
Comfortable working with retirees and pre-retirees in a financial services environment

Education & Experience

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of administrative or office experience preferred
Experience in financial services or insurance industry a plus
Insurance license is a bonus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
