Position: Administrative Assistant Employment Type: Part-time (34-36 hours/week) Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Chesterfield, MO 63017)

We are actively seeking an individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, coachable, and thrives in a multitasking environment. Responsibilities:

Organize, coordinate, and supervise office administration operations and procedures to ensure effective and efficient office function.
Maintain daily and weekly reports, submitting them to appropriate personnel.
Provide administrative support for our senior management team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of working experience as an Office Assistant.
Quick learner with applicable knowledge of CRM and other software.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong multitasking aptitude.
Proactive problem solver.
Ability to work as a team player.
