Role: We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Manager to join the Continental team! As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning and photocopying
– Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Experience:
– Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
– Proficient in Google Suites (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
