We are looking for an Administrative Assistant that is fluent in Spanishto join our team and provide support. The successful candidate will be responsible for ordering materials, supplies, and/or equipment, and the follow through with vendors on shipment and delivery. The Administrative Assistant must have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The Administrative Assistant will then be mentored to assist the international sales department and ultimately become a sales representative.
Essential Functions include the following:
Greet guests in a polite and professional manner including keeping a guest log.
Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and packages to the office.
Order, kitchen and janitorial supplies.
Aid the buyer with ordering supplies for the office and warehouse.
Setting up internal and external meetings, ordering lunches, and getting meetings organized
Assist sales by entering quotes and sales orders.
Assist marketing with brochures, tradeshows and giveaways.
Create inbound receivers.
Assist other departments.
Crosstrain to aid in other departments.
Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Associate degree (A. A.) or three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; company specific software; Internet software.
