We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative / Document Officer to support our office with document management and digital organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and organize office documents
  • Scan physical documents and convert them to digital files
  • Upload and manage files on cloud storage (Google Drive / OneDrive)
  • Maintain structured folders and proper file naming
  • Assist with general documentation and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum HSC (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF)
  • Familiar with scanners and cloud storage
  • Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
