Key Responsibilities
- Handle and organize office documents
- Scan physical documents and convert them to digital files
- Upload and manage files on cloud storage (Google Drive / OneDrive)
- Maintain structured folders and proper file naming
- Assist with general documentation and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum HSC (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF)
- Familiar with scanners and cloud storage
- Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
