The role sits within the administration function of the business. It is a diverse role which is pivotal to business succe

A large part of the role is to establish and develop client relationships and build the reputation of the company as a client focused business who meet and exceed client expectati

Responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies, trusts and other entities ensuring that the affairs of the clients are managed in accordance with the relevant laws and the standard of client services set by the with the relevant Trust Manager and Client Dire
ctor.

Aiding the administration and client manageme - nt teamPreparing draft minutes and resolutions for entities under management (companies, trusts, foundation
- s etc.)Preparing payments on electronic banking systems and by written instruction when required ensuring at alI times there are sufficient funds available and full back up documentation is provided to the author

- gistersAssisting in the opening of bank accounts (including minute prepa

Minimum 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) with English & Mathematics at Grade C - or aboveMinimum 1 years’ experience in an administrative role ideally within Fiduciary
- ServicesHolds or is open to undertaking a relevant Professional Qualification e.g. STEP,
- CGI, ACCABasic understanding of Corporate and Trust S
- tructuresBasic understanding of Jersey AML legislation relative to
- own workGood IT skills, including practical experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word
