This position requires a minimum of one year of scheduling experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support to managers and programs
• Coordinate staff scheduling and payroll processes
• Assist in financial and procurement activities
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency
Requirements:
• Minimum one year staff scheduling experience
• Strong knowledge of collective agreements and pay codes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Some post-secondary education
• Timekeeping experience is preferred
