We are a full-service Design-Build company. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations’ team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market.

We are seeking an Apprenticeship Program Coordinator to join our team in Jacksonville, NC. RQ’s Apprenticeship Program is designed to educate and certify craft trainees across multiple disciplines. This currently includes Sheet Metal, Pipefitting, and Plumbing trades, and may expand to additional crafts. The Apprenticeship Program Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the daily functions of RQ’s Apprenticeship program by being the first point of contact for all apprentices and stakeholders. The coordinator will work to schedule and place enrollees into the appropriate curriculum, order and maintain inventory of all classroom materials, coordinate orientations and supplementary trainings, track apprenticeship program progress (i.e. calendar management, grades, attendance, etc.) all within the NCCER and NC DOL apprenticeship program requirements. We are seeking someone who is well organized, has prior knowledge of administering a curriculum-based program, and committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Two or more years of administrative work experience in a teaching environment or Apprenticeship program preferred.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.

Business and/or administrative coursework preferred.

High School Diploma is the minimum required education for this position.
