Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations by handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Respond to client emails and follow up as needed
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Call customers to confirm or reschedule service times
Enter and update customer data in our system
File and organize digital and physical documents
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team
Qualifications
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Acrobat
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Work Hours
Flexible scheduling available
Full-time (Monday to Friday) or part-time options

This position is on-site at our office in San Jose, CA.
