Vacancy position:
📌 ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT 📌
LOCATION: Sufian Engineering Consultant Sdn Bhd, Seksyen 13, Shah Alam, Selangor
Scope of work:
– Involved in architectural design works
– Coordinating projects from concept, documentation and all submissions to local authorities.
– Planning and to prepare architectural design and computerized drawing
– Drawings according to required standards, codes and admin submission.
– Council and authority applications and follow up.
– Design meetings and construction site visits.
– Construction drawings
– Building permit documentation.
– Liaising with consultants, councils and authorities for applications and permits.
Skills & requirement;
– Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
– Knowledge in completing construction documentation and tender documentation.
– In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
– Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
– Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
– Positive mindset and good team player.
