Job Title: Administrative & Mobility Support Executive

Location: Noida

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel across multiple locations as required

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage administrative and mobility support functions, including car and house lease management, internal coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will support foreign national employees with lease-related processes, ensure smooth coordination with internal teams such as Finance , legal and Procurement, and maintain accurate data records. Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to travel are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end car lease and house lease processes, registration of leases in registrar office ,including handover and takeover procedures

Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, legal Procurement, and Administration for approvals and documentation

Provide operational support for foreign nationals, including housing, transportation, and settling-in services

Act as a liaison between employees, landlords, leasing agencies, and internal departments

Maintain accurate data and documentation related to lease agreements, out of pocket expenses, and employee records

Ensure timely processing of invoices, reimbursements, and related financial documentation

Support the development and implementation of process improvements in lease and mobility management

Assist in policy adherence and ensure compliance with legal and organizational guidelines

Travel to different office locations or employee accommodations as needed for inspection or coordination

Provide reports and updates to stakeholders regularly

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,or related field

2–4 years of experience in administrative or mobility-related roles preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and data management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively

Flexibility to travel frequently based on operational needs
