About Role
We have an exciting role of Associate Business Support Coordinator. You will play a key role in supporting a team that is responsible for managing and maintaining culture and engagement initiatives for Biolumina. This includes employee recognition, employee feedback, weekly all-agency meeting logistics, just to name a few. This role will also require you to be proficient with the entire MS Office Suite, specifically within the following programs:
Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Client & Agency Services
Organize and update data
Maintain data, information, and resources across different systems and platforms
Updating existing templates for weekly/monthly/quarterly celebrations, communications, and agency updates
Provide ideas and recommendation on how we could do things more efficiently
Additional data entry as necessary
Drafting communications
Send and update all-agency meeting holds on calendars as necessary
Draft and send agendas for weekly all-agency meeting
Compose first draft of all-agency e-mails as needed
Creating templates when/where necessary to streamline processes
Send and respond to monthly/quarterly e-mails around ongoing social and engagement activities
Team support
Provide project management-like support for internal all-agency meeting presentations
Work with Business Support Coordinators regarding all-agency events
Additional team support as needed.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience :
1 – 2 years of previous experience as an administrative assistant and/or project management-like role
Skills :
Time management skills as there will be multiple projects and deliverables occurring at any given time.
