Job Description
MyPay SA is looking for an organized and communicative professional to join our team as a Back Office Associate — a key role at the heart of our daily operations. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting operational processes, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities
• Reviewing and verifying KYC documents for new clients
• Following up on rejected or incomplete customer files
• Onboarding new clients via platforms
• Communicating with merchants, partners, and clients
• Monitoring and coordinating operations & deliveries
• Managing incoming emails and handling inquiries
• Data entry and updating internal systems
Required Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with office tools (Excel, email, CRM)
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
