Position: Join BlueStone as Property Administrator
Start your professional journey with Blue Stone Properties as a Residential Property Administrator, offering essential support to our residential management team in London, Ontario.

Your role will focus on tenant relations and lease administration.

As a key team member, you will assist with various administrative tasks while working closely with the Residential Property Manager. This includes managing tenant records, addressing concerns, and assisting with invoicing across multiple properties. Your attention to detail will be vital in maintaining resident documentation for 14 buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and track all necessary lease documentation

• Keep resident file database maintained and updated

• Respond to inquiries and concerns from residents

• Prepare and manage outgoing resident communications

• Track rent receivables and assist with chargebacks

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of administrative experience required

• Experience in property management preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools

• Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills

• Possess a valid G driver’s license and a vehicle
