⚡Support BD Team in:
• Data recording and listing of sales performances, seasonal gifts, gift inventory, gift delivery updates, merchant updates, and event details.
• Submitting work case flows (in both English and Burmese languages) via internal platforms.
• Brainstorming seasonal gift and inventory ideas.
• Scheduling of internal department meetings.
⚡Work closely with BD Team Lead in:
• Executing mock-up & actual designs for seasonal gifts & inventories, marketing posters, 3D event floor planning, and required design handlings.
• Preparing sales presentation for sales teams’ monthly /quarterly/ yearly performances.
- • Handle internal liaisons with Procurement Department and external co-liaisons with Procurement Department’s delivery vendors for inventory delivery to designated locations.
⚡Qualification Required:
• Strong understanding and specialization in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AI design tools, Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, & Outlook.
• A recognized University Degree.
• Good language and communication skills (Preferably in both English and Burmese).
• Attention to details, data-oriented, and highly collaborative with a positive attitude.
• Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
