Are you a details-focused Business Support person looking to do varied and meaningful work? Come and join our Arrowtown team where you’ll work alongside our Family Law team leader.
At Aspiring Law we’re on a mission to change the way that people think about lawyers. We’ve flipped the traditional law firm model on its head and built our business around our clients and local communities. You’ll get to know your clients like they’re friends and neighbours – because they probably are.
We’re looking for someone to join the team who is proactive, systems‑savvy and with great organisational and people skills.
What you’ll need / qualifications:
- Strong administrative capability
- Excellent written communication skills
- Confidence with Microsoft 365 and modern legal‑tech tools
- A background in a legal practice is preferred
- A friendly, can‑do attitude
Work will include:
- Communicating with clients
- Co-ordinating client files
- Drafting documents and correspondence
- Liaising with Court staff and community organisations
- Supporting our lawyers with their administrative tasks
- Improving client-focused processes
- Competing forms and invoicing
- Delivering exceptional service with warmth
This is a full-time role, but we’re open to flexibility for the right person.
