Conyers Trust Company (Cayman) Limited (“Conyers”) is a leading provider of corporate and fiduciary services, supporting local and international clients across a broad range of structures, including companies, partnerships, and trusts. Working alongside a globally recognized law firm, our Corporate Services teams support clients throughout the full lifecycle of their entities, from formation and onboarding through to ongoing administration, governance, and eventual restructuring or termination.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Corporate Services and the Senior Manager, Corporate Services, the Corporate Administrator forms part of the Corporate Services team and supports the day‑to‑day administration of a portfolio of client entities. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, clients, directors, and Conyers lawyers to ensure statutory compliance, accurate record‑keeping, and a consistently high standard of client service.

What Will You Do

 

  • Assist with the day‑to‑day administration of a portfolio of corporate and other legal entities
  • Support incorporations, registrations, annual returns, statutory filings, and other corporate actions
  • Prepare routine forms, resolutions, minutes, and correspondence for review
  • Maintain accurate statutory records and ensure timely updating of internal systems
  • Liaise with clients, directors, and internal stakeholders to support service delivery
  • Assist with client due diligence, onboarding, and ongoing compliance requirements, including AML/CFT obligations
  • Support billing processes, including the preparation of fee information and invoices
  • Uphold the highest standards of data integrity and attention to detail in all tasks, leveraging available systems to their full potential to optimize efficiency and enhance the client experience
  • Demonstrate an understanding of how the local Corporate Services function integrates with its counterparts across jurisdictions, operating as part of a coordinated and consistent global service offering
  • Assist senior team members during peak periods and on ad‑hoc projects as required

 

 What You’ll Need

 

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a corporate administration role within a professional services firm.
  • An ICSA, STEP, or equivalent professional qualification is not a prerequisite but a commitment to gain such a qualification will be supported by Conyers
  • Working knowledge of the Cayman Islands regulatory environment and applicable legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with ViewPoint is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional interpersonal manner and the ability to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • A flexible and collaborative approach to working.
  • A proven commitment to delivering consistently high-quality client service, underpinned by the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the authority levels associated with this role and those of all relevant stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to work, the ability to manage a high volume of matters simultaneously, and the composure to deliver to tight deadlines under pressure.
