About the Role
This role is responsible for customer engagement, account management, relationship building, and market development.
Customer Engagement & Product Adoption
- Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and user training for dealers and customers.
- Guide customers on best practices to maximize product usage and business outcomes.
- Monitor customer adoption and engagement levels, identifying opportunities to improve utilization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve success with the company's solutions.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance the user experience.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Account Management & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Support dealer development initiatives across Indonesia and Malaysia.
- Conduct regular business reviews and market visits.
Requirements
- Vietnamese candidates based in Jakarta, Indonesia or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Fluent Vietnamese and English communication skills, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Malaysia/Malay is a strong advantage.
- Experience in customer onboarding, customer success, account management, training, or business development.
- Ability to confidently conduct presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in automotive retail, dealership operations, SaaS, CRM, DMS, or related technology solutions is highly preferred.
