The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Bureau of Information Technology Solutions (BITS) is currently accepting applications from individuals for the position of Desktop Technician (Information Technology Analyst 2) in service of the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS).

THE ROLE

The Department of Mental Health and Addictions (DMHAS) has 10 major locations throughout the state of CT. We have locations in many major cities in CT, including Hartford, Middletown, Bridgeport, New Haven, and Waterbury. The primary work location for this position is in Middletown, CT.

This position will work on desktop refresh projects, improving inventory and scrap processes, and also onboarding and offboarding users.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Monday-Friday

Full-time (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)

First shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
