MISSION STATEMENT

· Provide direct support to the Executive to improve the executive’s productivity allowing him to perform more, higher value work.

RESULTS / OUTCOMES (What you must get done.)

Attendance at firm huddle every Monday at 8:00 am

Attendance at Tuesday-Friday huddles at 8:00 am

Daily management of executive’s calendar

Daily, weekly and monthly reports to the executive

Maintaining and circulating the Executive meeting agenda to the Executive Team the day before the weekly Executive Meeting

Circulating the Executive meeting minute notes within one day of the weekly Executive meeting

Weekly one-on-one meeting with Owner of the firm

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete all tasks requests of the Executive by the date or deadline requested.

Protects Executive’s time by reading and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, answering and directing inquiries as appropriate and initiating telecommunication

Collects and analyzes information and data providing brief summaries of relevant material to the Executive

Assists Executive level staff as needed

Intermittent personal assistance as needed

Available after hours, as needed.

Available to travel to conferences and community events and functions, if requested.

Filtering Emails/ Managing Spam

Travel Arrangement and Planning

Creating/ Managing Spreadsheets; Slideshows; Powerpoint/Keynote Presentations
