Full Job Description
SUMMARY
Welltower is currently seeking an Executive Assistant for our Dallas office located in Preston Commons. This role will provide high-level administrative support to one or more C-suite executives and will be accountable for a wide range of responsibilities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player capable of managing a wide range of tasks with discretion and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-up as needed.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive.
Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives as assigned.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including senior management, board members, clients, and partners.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
Assist with the planning and coordination of company events, conferences, and other special projects.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and office organization.

TRAVEL
No travel is expected for this position.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an elevated level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Experience working in a publicly traded company or corporate environment is a plus.
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
