A high-growth, venture-backed technology company is seeking an Administrative Business Operations Lead to support its C-suite and broader team from its San Francisco office. This is a highly visible, high-trust role that will serve as the connective tissue across leadership, team operations, and the physical office environment. Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for C-suite executives and key team members
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including meeting rooms, guest coordination, supplies, vendors, deliveries, and overall office functionality
- Continuously improve scheduling systems, workflows, and recurring operational processes
- Support recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling and onsite logistics
- Assist in planning and executing team events, offsites, and internal initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, including leveraging tools and automation where appropriate
- Handle a wide range of ad hoc tasks and requests in a fast-moving environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a similar role
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- High level of ownership with the ability to operate independently and take initiative
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting demands
- Strong interpersonal instincts and sound judgment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth or startup environment preferred
- Based in or able to commute to San Francisco
