Job DescriptionIn this role, you can expect to:
Provide executive level administrative support to the Regional President, Senior Vice President, VP of Construction Operations, and other executives as needed
Proactively manage calendars, emails, calls, and other correspondence for leaders, including scheduling meetings, creating materials, compiling monthly reports, etc.
Anticipate challenges and conflicting priorities and help the team navigate through these challenges in a proactive fashion
Manage and plan domestic travel, meetings and events for the Southeast Region’s Leadership Team
Carry out assignments under pressure with short deadlines and frequent interruptions
Prepare and manage PowerPoints for office Town Hall meetings and annual corporate updates
Maintain and create close working relationships with senior executives, organizational peers, and staff members, both internally and externally
Support senior leadership with assignment timelines and follow through
Serve as the primary backup to the Receptionist
Manage the Cristo Rey program, functioning as the primary liaison with the school and ensuring meaningful engagements for the students.
Be in the office Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
You Really Will Stand Out If You
Have experience in a rapidly changing work environment and providing high-level administrative support
Have very strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with exceptional organizational skills
Are proficient with Microsoft Office and can quickly become fluent with new technologies
Have strong customer service skills, along with both verbal and written communications skills
Are self-motivated and can work well in a team environment
Bring a demonstrated track record of handling confidential information appropriately
Excel at developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with others
Resolve issues effectively and demonstrate sound judgement in decision-making
Are a learner, open, honest, and collaborative
