About the team:

About the job:
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Effectively prioritize the needs of the executive you will support by anticipating and addressing (complex) issues, managing competing requests and escalating as appropriate
Conduct a range of advanced, diversified and often confidential administrative duties including scheduling meetings, preparing and distributing meeting material, making travel arrangements, liaising with vendors and interacting with senior (incl. C-suite) executives
Participate in ad-hoc projects requiring interaction with multiple teams, evaluating problems and using judgement to develop solutions
Review and analyze data, conduct research, produce memos and reports, and assist with expense management (incl. development of budgets)

Have experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products (mainly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
