We’re looking for anExecutive Team Assistantto join the Stan fam and provide exceptional administrative support to the leadership team, whilst playing a pivotal role in planning and executing the events calendar.

This is an exciting opportunity for a solutions-focused professional, who can remain calm under pressure, to work with internal and external stakeholders on coordinating all Stan and Stan Sport events end to end.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Supporting the executive team with administrative duties

Email, calendar and meeting management, includes completing minutes via videoconferencing and in-person – follow up on actions where required

Event Coordination: booking tickets for flights and accommodation, organising catering, venues, activities, preparing invitations and managing RSVPs, arranging merchandise packs for guests, responsible for ticketing

Arranging flights and accommodation for talent, staff & VIPs

Maintaining online systems / files

Expense and invoice management

Annual leave coverage for the CEO’s EA

Ad hoc office assistance

What we’re looking for:

To excel in this role, you’ll have 3+ years’ experience as a Team Assistant, Event / Travel Coordinator or similar, with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

You thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environments and keep all stakeholders up to date with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded and proficiency in Gmail, Keynote and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
