Full Job Description

Infrastructure Technologies, LLC is currently looking for a Fleet Administrator/Office Support working in the Purple Line office at Riverdale MD. The Fleet Administrator/Office Support plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Purple Line Project Office. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities primarily centered around providing comprehensive office support, overseeing the management of the project’s fleet vehicles, and ensuring the effective management of resources within the Purple Line Project Office. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment. The position will be required to be full time in the project office in Riverdale MD. Key Responsibilities:

Office Support:

Facilitate the efficient functioning of the office environment by performing various administrative tasks.

Prepare conference rooms for meetings and events, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are arranged.

Conduct periodic rearrangement of office equipment and furniture to optimize space utilization.

Update organizational charts and floor plans to reflect changes in staffing and office layout.

Support the HR onboarding specialist by creating name tags, requesting necessary training (DIP training), and setting up new hire cubicles

according to company standards.

Fleet Administrator:

Assume the role of fleet administrator for the Purple Line Project vehicles, overseeing all aspects of their maintenance and operation.

Maintain meticulous records pertaining to vehicle registration, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for the fleet, ensuring vehicles remain in optimal condition.

Coordinate the training of new drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary training to operate project vehicles safely and

efficiently.

Collaborate in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and

standards.

Manage accident reports and insurance claims, liaising with insurance providers.

Maintain accurate records of fleet-related expenses, facilitating budgetary oversight and financial reporting.

Requirements:

Education: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative or fleet management role is highly desirable, demonstrating proficiency in office support tasks and fleet oversight.
Licenses & Certifications: A valid Maryland Driver’s License is required to fulfill the responsibilities of the fleet management. If candidate has an out of state license a certified driving record will be required.
