Fleet Coordinator (Contract)$27–32/hour3‑Month Contract Onsite | West Vancouver, BCYour Newpany Hays Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a respected,munity‑focused organization to hire a Fleet Coordinator for a 3‑month contract. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, service‑oriented, and experienced in fleet coordination who enjoys being a central point of contact and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignments, scheduling, and replacements to support organizational programs
Manage vehicle maintenance and repair activities using fleet management systems such as Holman or Fleetio, ensuringpliance and timely servicing
Act as the main point of contact for staff regarding vehicle issues, incident reporting, and usage inquiries
Maintain accurate fleet data and documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve fleet‑related issues efficiently
Provide administrative and coordination support related to fleet operations as needed
What You Need to Succeed Must‑Have Qualifications
Experience working with fleet management systems such as Holman, Fleetio, or similar software
Strong administrative and coordination skills, including scheduling and record management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to operational issues
Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable
Strongmunication skills and a service‑focused approach
Nice to Have
Previous experience in fleet coordination, logistics, facilities, or transportation support
Experience working in a multi‑site or service‑driven environment
