We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented Customer Service Data Entry Clerk. Your primary role will be to maintain our database by entering new and updated customer information. You’ll be a crucial part of our team, ensuring our data is accurate, organized, and accessible. This position requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities
Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
Responding to queries for information and access relevant files.
Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
Requirements and Skills
Proven data entry work experience, with a knack for typing speed and accuracy.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Ability to perform under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills, with a patient and friendly demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.43 – $30.00 per hour
