We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing superior customer service. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the administrative and project management team.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Open & distribute daily mail and shipments.
Maintain & order office supplies.
Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to visitors.
Maintain filing systems and update records as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Prepare bid documents, including RFQs and RFPs.
Prepare subcontract/supplier agreements and contract documents.
Maintain project documents including bonds, insurance certificates, W-9s, certified payroll reports, and closeout documents.
Data entry of accounts payable.
Assist with special projects as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
