Job description:

1. Sales Control & Monitoring

  • Maintain and update the master sales control.
  • Monitor unit sales status and overall sales performance.

2. Sales Documentation & Communication

  • Prepare & Verify Reservation Forms and Sales Purchase Contracts (SPC).
  • Prepare and issue Memo, Letter, Reminder to Buyers, Agents, and other related sales documentations.

3. Payment & Commission Management

  • Record and verify buyer payment collections.
  • Prepare commission claims for Sales Agencies.

4. Sales System Management

  • Input and manage unit information and sales status in the Sales Management System and other related sales’ systems.

5. Reporting

  • Prepare Sales Phasing Plans.
  • Support the development of detailed pricing, sales schemes, and strategies to accelerate sales progress.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, along with other related reports as required.

6. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate closely with Sales Agents and the Sales Agent Admin team.

7. Others

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirement:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales admin/ sales support in sales stage.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Active, hardworking and honest.

Working time: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday.

Working location: Yen So Park, Yen So Ward, Hanoi.
