Job description:
1. Sales Control & Monitoring
- Maintain and update the master sales control.
- Monitor unit sales status and overall sales performance.
2. Sales Documentation & Communication
- Prepare & Verify Reservation Forms and Sales Purchase Contracts (SPC).
- Prepare and issue Memo, Letter, Reminder to Buyers, Agents, and other related sales documentations.
3. Payment & Commission Management
- Record and verify buyer payment collections.
- Prepare commission claims for Sales Agencies.
4. Sales System Management
- Input and manage unit information and sales status in the Sales Management System and other related sales’ systems.
5. Reporting
- Prepare Sales Phasing Plans.
- Support the development of detailed pricing, sales schemes, and strategies to accelerate sales progress.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, along with other related reports as required.
6. Coordination & Support
- Coordinate closely with Sales Agents and the Sales Agent Admin team.
7. Others
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience in sales admin/ sales support in sales stage.
- Proficient in English.
- Active, hardworking and honest.
Working time: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday.
Working location: Yen So Park, Yen So Ward, Hanoi.
