HR Data & Digital Analytics Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as an HR Data & Digital Analytics Specialist, playing a key role in driving HR digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. HRIS & Workflow Automation Management
- Develop and implement the HRIS roadmap to ensure structured system enhancement.
- Design and maintain digital workflows for HR processes.
- Coordinate with the IT team regarding system patching, API integration, security access, and system improvements.
2. HR Data & Dashboard Management
- Collect, process, clean, and validate HR data.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations using analytical tools.
- Provide HR analytics reports, including turnover trends, productivity, succession, competencies, training costs, and other insights.
- Establish analysis methodologies, indicators, and data quality standards.
3. HR Insight & Analysis
- Conduct forecasting analysis, including turnover risk, skill gaps, and employee segmentation.
- Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities from HR data to provide strategic recommendations.
- Prepare analytical reports to support HR strategy development and organizational effectiveness.
4. Data Governance Management
- Perform regular evaluations of HR data quality.
- Establish standards, SOPs, and data compliance in collaboration with related units.
- Ensure adherence to data input and validation procedures across departments.
5. Support for HR Digital Transformation Projects
- Facilitate data and system requirements in HR digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide reporting on HR digitalization progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
- Min.1 year proven experience in HRIS, HR Analytics, or Data Analysis is preferred.
- Strong understanding of data management, data visualization, and analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (HR & IT).
- Knowledge of data governance and digital transformation is an advantage.
