We are on the lookout for a dynamic Human Capital Management (HCM) & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is instrumental in supporting both our Human Capital Manager and HR department, along with other departmental directors as needed. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in the recruitment process, from scouting new talent to conducting preliminary interviews, and will play a vital role in ensuring our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support:

Play an active role in the hiring process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Leverage various recruitment databases and tools to identify potential candidates.

Communicate with candidates through email or phone to share job opportunities.

Contribute to HR-related training initiatives and workshops.

Maintain and update candidate pipelines and databases.

Administrative SupportEnsure accurate maintenance of employee and candidate records in our HR systems.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of training courses and programs.

Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics management.

Carry out general administrative duties, including data entry and operational dashboard updates.

Communication And CollaborationMaintain open lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with team members to streamline recruitment and administrative processes.

Provide updates and reports to the Human Capital Manager and other stakeholders as necessary.

Compliance And DocumentationAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

Maintain meticulous records related to recruitment and event planning.

Assist in the preparation and revision of HR-related documents, including job descriptions and employee handbooks.

QualificationsBachelor’s or associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is highly valued.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and keen attention to detail.
