TRIA Design is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Support Specialist to join our awesome team in Boston’s Design District at the Seaport. You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer providing administrative and financial support.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable: Process invoices, code expenses, prepare checks for payment
Accounts Receivable: Support invoicing clients, follow up on outstanding payments, record receipts
Track paid time off in excel spreadsheet, update company calendars and Deltek system
General Office Support: Answer phones, manage office supplies, schedule meetings, filing, copying, scanning, coordinating events/lunch and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1-2 years of previous office experience, accounting/bookkeeping experience a plus
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
This is a part-time position, approximately 20-30 hours per week. Schedule is flexible but must have some availability during core mandatory all staff hours on Monday and Thursday.
