We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Admin to oversee the daily operations of our offices. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to the everyday operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software and equipment, and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily office operations.

Process payroll.

Process expense receipts.

Serve as a point of contact ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail, email, and phonecalls in a timely manner.

Maintain and update office records and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Provide general administrative support, such as data entry and scanning.

Prepare and facilitate the issuance of necessary computer equipment.

Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in office software and equipment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

High level of professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.

Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work demands.
