Property by Capital is a business run with all the positive values associated with a family- owned business. We have an ever-growing portfolio of apartments and homes across many locations in London. As a Housekeeping Co-Ordinator, you will largely office based, ensuring that the services are scheduled, housekeeping checks are completed, ordering amenities and updating laundry figures, checking invoices and payments.

This role will include involvement with other areas of the business including but not limited to

maintenance,

property upkeep, property inspections and liaising with the Property Supervisors and Reservations team.

You will

also be communicating with the Housekeepers on a daily basis. This role suits someone who is already working within the short let accommodation and hospitality industry. Someone who wants each day to be bring different challenges and set about resolving the issues that may arise. We are looking for someone who has a keen

attention to detail

and can work in a

fast-paced environment

.

They need to be team player and show initiative in their role. As this role is multifaceted, we need someone with strong customer service skills,

conflict resolution

experience and the ability to communicate clearly over multiple channels (phone, email, Whats App, in-person).

The Role

– Organising the housekeeping schedule, supporting the housekeeping team and checking invoices from housekeepers.

– Ensuring the organisation and timely completion of

any housekeeping related tasks

, always ensuring our agreed reaction times are met in the most cost-efficient way possible.

– Communicating with guests about any issues which may affect their upcoming or current stays.

Duties

and responsibilities – Scheduling housekeeping and providing support with any questions, lost items, re-ordering products.

– Supporting the HSK team by providing support during working hours.

– Organise inspections for the Supervisors based on the departures or any guest feedback.

– Organise linen delivery and collections from our partner.

– Checking amenity levels and placing orders for replenishment.

– Ordering replacement items based on cleaner feedback and supervisor approval.

– Check and sign off on the Housekeepers invoices and submit to Accounts.

– Excellent

communication skills

(fluency in written and spoken English). Additional languages are a bonus.

– General troubleshooting over the phone with guests who require assistance.

– Computer skills are integral to the role and experience with Apple products is beneficial.

Please note that this role is largely office based, but you may be expected to work at our properties across London.

Hours:

Between 8am-5pm Weekends:

Approximately 1 weekend per month.
