Innova Solutions is immediately hiring Human Resource Coordinator.

Hours:

Monday – Friday, standard business hours

As an HR Coordinator:

Coordinates and supports daily operational activities in the Human Resources Department, including Record Keeping, Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding, New Employee Orientation, Performance Management and HRIS.Supporting the Director of Human Resources with projects and specific assignments as needed.

Providing office coordination support including but not limited to reception duties, telephones, managing calendars, planning & coordinating meetings, preparing documents, composing correspondence, record keeping, processing invoices, and preparing reports.

Responding to internal and external inquiries and providing appropriate clear and concise responses to those inquiries.

Always Providing quality customer service to all parties.

The ideal candidate will have:

Associate degree in HR, Business, or relevant field and/or completion of recognized training program in Human Resources required.

3-5 years of relevant HR office coordination experience in a confidential setting required. HR experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Social Media experience required.

Demonstrated experience and intermediate-level skills with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint required.

HR Certification preferred.

Bi-lingual skills, preferably English-Spanish, a plus.

PAY RANGE AND

BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $25 – $28 per hour.

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s

education

, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
