We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Azerbaijan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and liaising with government offices to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Liaise with government offices and agencies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations issues and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
Job Specifications & Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Azerbaijan.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in Azerbaijani, Turkishand English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Salar Range- 1500-3000/- Per Month Azerbaijani Manat.
