Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain QuickHR system including leave management, WFH records, monthly attendance, leave cancellations, and new employee data updates.
  • Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR documentation.
  • Administer the full recruitment cycle including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, offer preparation, and contract signing.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Manage internship programs (local) including coordination and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain HR operational documents such as Employee Handbook, SOPs, HR policies & guidelines, service agreements, and employment contracts.
  • Prepare and maintain ISO documentation related to the Human Resource Department.
  • Maintain holiday calendars, leave balances, and employee attendance records.
  • Handle local HR-related matters and ensure compliance with relevant government authorities and regulations.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as office gatherings, birthday celebrations, and annual trips.
  • Support company-wide employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on payroll and finance-related matters.
  • Coordinate with the IT team on HR-related system and administrative requirements.
  • Assist with any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
