- Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in:
- Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems and products.
- Power transformers and related solutions.
- Utilities and power sector / energy infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in managing strategic/key accounts.
- Strong understanding of utility market dynamics and large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key utility and strategic clients.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives.
- Lead customer engagement throughout the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract closure.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals, and manage tendering processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support business growth.
