Job Description
The Lab Administrator ensures smooth coordination between the lab and stakeholders by managing communication, overseeing sample logistics, and maintaining accurate records to support timely reporting.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Communicate effectively between the lab and vendors
- Manage the process of sample receiving and returning to vendors after testing
- Send reviewed and approved testing reports to vendors and related teams
- Update information on the system and tracking files
- Organize the storage of documents and testing data
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience
- Hold a college or bachelor’s degree
- Experience in the lab testing field is preferred.
Competencies & Technical Skills
- Demonstrate good command of English for effective communication
- Utilize computer skills, particularly MS Office applications, to support daily tasks
- Apply strong organizational skills to manage documents, data, and workflows efficiently
- Develop close working relationships with WSGO office and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration
- Exhibit integrity, accuracy, and careful attention to detail in all responsibilities
- Maintain a service-oriented mindset while working diligently under pressure
