Our client, a New Hampshire-based fast-paced, high-volume law firm, is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented assistant to support the Trust & Estate department. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong client service skills, and the ability to handle secretarial and clerical duties with accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple attorneys’ calendars and distribute office mail.
Provide detailed follow-up with clients.
Complete deed recordings through the e-record system for the Trust & Estates department.
Serve as primary signer for estate plan documents and coordinate witnesses.
Assist with outgoing mail, vault protection, closing files, and 3-year reminder letters.
Education/Skills Requirements:
Associates/Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of experience in the legal field.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A “can-do” attitude with the ability to multitask.
