Legal Assistant – Technology Jobs in Vancouver – British Columbia – Canada at TEEMA
Executing all administrative duties including, but not limited to, email and calendar management, coordinating meetings, expenses etc. Preparing legal documents and correspondence according to precedents and/or instructions (drafting letters, revising draft documents, and preparing document comparisons) Maintaining an efficient file management and bring forward system Ensuring all physical and electronic filing is organized and up to date on a regular basis Interacting with clients and coordinating meetings Delegating tasks to, and coordinating with, other administrative departments Other duties as assigned What you must have:
Legal Assistant Certificate from an accredited post secondary institution or equivalent work experience A minimum of 3+ years working experience (large firm experience preferred) in Corporate Securities and/or Technology In depth understanding of business and legal terminology Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office 365
Experience working
with 3E, iManage
Work and Docu Sign Transactional experience considered an asset
Ability to
manage the practices of multiple lawyers Salary/Rate Range: $50,000 – $70,000
