About the Role:

· You will serve as the operational backbone managing administrative workflows

· We will lean on you to handle customer communication including phone, email, and appointment scheduling

· You will help us manage CRM data entry, documentation, and file organization

· You will work closely with our bookkeeper to ensure seamless financial operations to maintain accuracy and compliance

· You will process accounting tasks including invoicing, bill entry, and payment logging

· Coordination of payroll processing and time tracking approvals will be yours to manage

· You will track and manage subcontractor payments and vendor compliance documentation

· Your support will help us maintain accurate financial records and warranty registrations, tracking job profitability

· We will lean on you to perform light office maintenance and organizational tasks

· You will support leadership with systematic reporting and process improvements

Office Manager Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· Experience with accounting functions: AP/AR, invoicing, data entry

· Proficiency in CRM systems and database management

· Tech-savvy with advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

· Experience managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities

· Construction industry familiarity is a plus

· JobNimbus or similar CRM experience preferred
