Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Provide high-level administrative support to the President
– Manage the President’s calendar and schedule appointments
– Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
– Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
– Conduct research and gather information for various projects
– Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
– Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
– Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
– Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements:

– Trucking/Logistics experience (2years)
– Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Logistics Coordinator or similar role
– Proficient in phone systems and office management software
– Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of QuickBooks, Outlook Calendar, and other relevant software programs
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
– Customer service-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
