Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Schedule appointments efficiently, accommodating patient preferences and managing the appointment calendar effectively.
Collect and verify insurance information.
Answer phone calls with enthusiasm, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries with compassion.
Maintain and update patient records in accordance with privacy and confidentiality regulations using an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care.
Assist with administrative tasks and managing office supplies.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and caring demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and basic computer applications.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to professional standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude.

Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.
We are open Monday through Friday and Saturday Mornings.
